Skills Required and Job Description:

Interview Mode:: Phone hire only Duties: Complete full lifecycle application development including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and performance tuning. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Design, develop, and modify software and SQL database applications according to client requirements while maintaining strong documentation. Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance. Interact with other members of the team (consultants and internal developers, analysts, project managers, etc) to deliver requirements according to budget and schedule. Very Strong Communication Skills  Required Technical Skills 3+ years of overall experience using .NET 3+ years using C# or VB.Net, ADO.NET 2+ SQL Server, including writing stored procedures and views ASP.Net,  HTML Microsoft Visual Studio Database Design WCF Strong troubleshooting and analysis abilities Additional Desired Knowledge Strong practical database design methods Web Services Education: B.S. Computer Science or related work experience. Very Strong Communication Skills
