Project Location Columbus OH
Duration 6 months /Contract

 
Skills Required and Job Description:

Interview Mode:: Phone followed by face to face.


Required:
5+ years of experience in the following skill sets:
  • Manual / Automated Quality Assurance Testing
  • Create /Maintain Test Plans/Scripts/Use Cases
  • Automated Testing Tools – QTP for use in developing auto scripts
  • Create/Update/Maintain Defect Tracking Logs - QC
  • Interface with Internal Clients to Ensure Quality Resolution           
  • Working knowledge of Quality Center for defect tracking to ensure test case failures or bugs are adequately investigated and resolved.
  • Experience with Web Services.
  • Ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of Software Development Lifecycle records

Desired:

  • Self-motivated, works well on a team, has excellent written and oral communication skills and strong analytical skills.
  • Participates in and occasionally leads process improvement efforts of policies, procedures and processes.
  • Ability to perform manual and some automated testing scripts.

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Ability to review the requirements with Product Management and Development to develop a Test Plan and Test Cases for each project.
  • Ability to quickly utilize the company tools and processes to perform all QA Testing.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment where deliverable dates and requirements change.
  • Modify and maintain automated test cases based on existing test scripts.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings for defect status, priority and information exchange.
  • Participate in Production testing and elevates.
