Detailed oriented but able to address and deal with items at the strategic level Ability to push the boundaries in a planned and respectful manner - facilitating change management - in terms of driving a new mindset around E2E testing. Experience Required - min 3 years software application development experience. *Desirable Skills:* Understand, interpret and provide feedback on technical documents such as functional/technical specifications and data flows. Create wireframes to express design ideas. Experience with VSTS. Worked on Photoshop. Experience with Agile/SCRUM as well as waterfall Previous experience with Microsoft would be a plus.
