*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
The Salesforce.com Administrator will be responsible for the managing the
day-to-day demands of the CRM system. This individual will work closely
with business teams and other Salesforce.com Administrators to ensure there
is a stable environment for all the users to work in. The Salesforce.com
Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that any issues are resolved
to completion, data quality is maintained, and best practices are
communicated to the end users.

*Essential Duties & Responsibilities:*

·         Work as part of a team of system administrators and operate as
the lead for certain applications within the Salesforce.com CRM while
maintaining an understanding of the overall CRM solution.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce.com usage problems and
escalate issues to Salesforce.com technical support or the application
vendors as required.

·         Work with users and management to design and implement
enhancements for the specified functional areas, and conduct regular
application review sessions among both users and management.

·         Manage the data relationships and flows within the CRM system,
ensure data quality while performing periodic data maintenance, and monitor
integrations to other systems or applications.

·         Manage user security profiles within the functional area,
workflow rules, and other system configuration options.

·         Assist the adoption and training teams in training new end users
on the application as well as training existing users on new features,
efficiencies and best practices.

·         Work with the developers and project managers in documenting
requirements for enhancements to the system, provide input to senior
management on solution options, and participate in testing of new
enhancements and functionality in a sandbox environment prior to production
releases and assist with deployments and rollout planning as needed.

·         Document and communicate all application related processes to
other administrator, users and management



*Job Specifications:*

·         1-3 years of Sales Cloud experience as a Salesforce.com
Administrator required

·         Experience managing 3rd party applications and Service Cloud
within the Salesforce.com environment preferred

·         Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems/Technology or
related discipline or equivalent experience

·         Current Salesforce.com Administrator Certification

·         Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
with an aptitude for time management

·          Ability to multi-task and handle urgent interruptions with a
high level of professionalism

·         Solid oral and written communication skills along the ability to
communicate with both business and technical people effectively

·         Strong understanding of the internet and technology
