PeopleSoft Talent Management related modules.

Provide advice to the project team related to configuration and setup.
Assist in making the best strategic configuration decisions.

Demonstrate functional knowledge in the following modules for PeopleSoft
HCM 9.0 or greater:  Profile manager, eDevelopment, Career Planning,
Succession Planning, and Learning Management (as related to Talent
Management).

·         Performing PS demonstrations for all Talent Management related
modules.

·         Bringing best practices for designing Talent Management systems.

·         Creating prototypes in PS for design topics.

·         Creating design specifications for technical staff for
customizations identified.

·         Documenting any changes to the initial specification.

·         Providing weekly status reports to the project manager.
