Campaign Analytics Manager – Chicago, IL – 12+ month contract (*Candidate MUST be local*) Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities This individual is responsible for enhancing existing campaign processes including reporting, and deep-dive analyses to develop operational and execution efficiencies. This individual is the business lead for the Unica application suite and underlying data structures that support execution and measurement. This individual is responsible for leading, mentoring, coaching, and training the team to become expert users in all Unica applications, SQL, and campaign measurement to enhance campaign processes and analytics. This individual is responsible for the execution of campaign audit and measurement processes, overseeing the delivery of trigger, outbound, and inbound campaigns, including secure data file transmission processes between USCC and implementation vendors. This individual is responsible to lead the efforts to leverage Unica and the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to develop and automate campaign performance tracking, including basic metrics (sent, open, clicked, response, and conversion) as well as more advanced MROI calculations. This person will also lead the remapping and integration of Unica and SAS applications to EDW 1.0 and 1.1. This individual is responsible for the presentation of results as well as customer insights to client experience and marketing business partners and leadership. This person will liaise/relationship management with Senior Level leaders in Lifecycle Marketing and Loyalty to implement, execute, and measure advanced test and learn approaches across campaign channels. This individual is responsible for leading the integration of campaign Management data and applications to new channels. This individual is responsible for liaise/relationship management with IS and SOP leaders to oversee the integration of campaign management, measurement, and planning applications into customer-facing applications (i.e. TOPS). This individual is expected to be a strategic thought leader around campaign planning, execution and measurement, fostering innovation and providing expertise in analytical methods and tools and introducing new methods and tools to the organization, with the objective of creating innovation around the customer experience and making U.S. Cellular® a winning organization. Finally, this role would manage complex/large projects within the department or broader organization, and lead cross functional teams when needed for departmental requests or enterprise initiatives. They have Oracle 11g, Solaris 10. *Responsibilities:* • Provide technical level application administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of the FDA Electronic Submissions Gateway (ESG) system which is hosted in a high-availability infrastructure using Solaris 10 and Windows 2003 servers. The FDA ESG ( www.fda.gov/esg) is an Agency-wide solution for accepting electronic regulatory submissions. • Assist support team by performing the necessary technical analysis and troubleshooting of issues (Tier – III support). • Diagnose and debug complicated performance, connectivity, and security issues involving critical applications. • 80% of this position will involve application support and 20% of this position will involve Unix; the main function of this role is application support. *Qualifications:* • *HIGHLY SKILLED IN SOLARIS 10 REGARDING APPLICATION INSTALLATION AND TROUBLESHOOTING.* • Good technical knowledge and skills regarding Windows 2003 Server administration. • Hands on experience in understanding Oracle databases and writing SQL queries • Familiarity with web architectures including: web application servers, encryption, n-tier development/deployment strategies, databases, security mechanisms, directories, etc. • Hands on knowledge of Internet and networking infrastructure design and implementation techniques.
