This project is focused on planning for the migration of data from AS400 legacy systems to SQL Server database management system. · The deliverables should include a detailed task list, a software specification for scripting of the process and a requirements document for skills necessary to complete the task list. · There is a heavy focus in assuring that the organization has developed repeatable processes to minimize the cost and time taken to migrate data for 210+ courts’ case management systems. · Key Areas of Responsibility: · Creating, managing, budgeting for and coordinating a unit comprised of Judicial Information Services staff and third party contractors with the following deliverables: o Development of processes necessary for scaling data migration process to support numerous concurrent migration operations. o Software specifications for scripting necessary to automate the process o List of tools required o List of Staffing Requirements to implement process · Coordination with four other planning units (Application Packaging, Operational Planning, Rollout Planning, Infrastructure Planning) · Managing issues throughout the project. *Education Preferred:* · BA or BS is preferred Candidate must fill this skill matrix according to his/her experiences.
