Includes systems analysis, creation of specifications, coding, testing, and implementation of application programs and data interfaces. Requires a previous domain of experience in applications development. Responsible for overall application design, including interfaces with other applications and systems. Assures that application designs are consistent with industry best practices application attributes (including scalability, availability, maintainability, and flexibility). *Experience, Qualifications and Technical Skills and Abilities:* • Have participated in - Agile projects • 5+ years work experience developing applications a must. • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. • In-depth knowledge Java. • In-depth knowledge of J2EE design patterns. • In-depth knowledge of web content presentation methods (HTML, XSL, etc.). • In-depth knowledge of JDBC and SQL. • Additional experience should include Windows desktop and server applications (such as MS Office and SQL Server), some Unix, and basic hardware systems. • Solid interpersonal skills. • Ability to communication clearly in written and verbal form. • Provide input into general architectural decisions and design stability. • Provide input to assist in team and project process improvement. • Consistently exercises discretion and judgment. *Working Conditions:* • Flexibility with respect to hours. • Occasional late/weekend hours to meet development deadlines. • Occasional after-hours deployment support work Thanks & Regards * * *Kumar* Pyramid Consulting, Inc.
