Application Support Analyst with .Net/SQL programming experience
Duration: 1 Year plus


currently hiring an Application Support Analyst in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The application support service team requires a high degree of
collaboration and the support team is co-located with the Business team in
downtown New Orleans on site 5 days a week.

The Application Support Analysts will be responsible for on-time,
on-budget, on-scope delivery of assigned tasks and activities. This
includes system modifications, bug fixing, system monitoring, risk
management, change management, stakeholder management, etc. within the
Integrate Support Management framework.

The Application Support Analyst role is a bit of generalist, but the skills
that would be useful are SQL, programming experience (C# preferred),
Windows Server administration, and systems analysis. This role does a lot
of analysis metrics, and reliability debugging & troubleshooting of Bridge
systems, which span:

• Must Have experience with - T-SQL
• Must Have experience with - Systems Analysis
• Must Have experience with - .NET Programming (C#)
• Must Have experience with - Windows Server
• Nice to have experience with - MS SharePoint
• Nice to have experience with - OSI Soft PI
• Nice to have experience with - Matrikon Alarm Monitoring

Education: BS degree in Computer Science/MIS/or Computer Engineering
strongly preferred

Responsibilities:
The Application Support Analysts will provide day-to-day application
support activities for deployed Well and Reservoir Management IT Toolkit.
The Toolkit is a set of applications intended to support key activities of
oil and gas production primarily in North America and other part of the
world where the company operates. The Application Support Analysts will be
expected to provide system modifications, bug fixing, system monitoring,
and other activities necessary to maintain deployed system availability as
Service Level Agreement (SLA). In addition, the Application Support Analyst
will have responsibility for the successful interface of key business
customers and with the business community in general. The Application
Support Analyst is also responsible for successful working within the
global and regional IT community. This includes excellent written and
verbal communications, teamwork ethic, and community building skills.
