Reply to *rohit.g...@idctechnologies.com* <rohit.g...@idctechnologies.com>*only * ** Lync Health and Quality Consultant *Location*: CHICAGO IL *Duration*: 11 months (Possible extension) The Collab program includes a Unified Communications work stream that will improve quality and stability of Lync 2010, including Lync Basic, Enterprise Voice, Dial-in Conferencing and Lync Mobile, as well as enhance operational support of Lync 2010. The processes integral to these changes are complex, involving support teams across the globe and across specialties (e.g., voice, network, hosting, identity / access management, infrastructure application support and workstation support.). They also depend on the detailed analysis of existing, new and ad hoc reports, delivered in an abbreviated timeframe, often from vague or limited requirements.
