Highly-motivated, extremely organized driver to join a team of IT resources in the successful development and integration of a multi-channel application. This resource should be creative, resourceful, and able to handle stressful situations and consistent change with ease. The CBG IT teams work in an Agile environment. * * *What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?* • 5+ years’ experience in Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring and Struts related platform development • Experience with Java development for data-intensive and batch processing applications using Oracle databases • Oracle PL-SQL development skills • Interface development experience, including working with Web services, WSDL and XSD preferably with Weblogic and Axis APIs • Wicket framework experience. • Solid understanding of XML/XSD/WSDL specifications • Need excellent scores with Sun Java Programmers Certification exam or Brainbench Java programmer’s certification exam. *Nice to Have Skills:* • Experience with TIBCO • Experience developing POS or retail systems, or integrating with packaged retail software systems • Retail and/or Telecom environment experience • Development using JUnit unit test framework, or similar • Background working on Agile development teams • Strong presentation skills (e.g. comfortable performing regular demos of system functionality for business stakeholders) *What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role?* 1.
