Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop calculations using Composer in Varicent. - Use Presenter in Varicent to create and configure custom reports and publish them on the web. - Use Plan Manager to create payee groups and payee members for compensation plans. - Use Calculate to calculate the active plans and reports. - Use dashboards to define graphical representations and publish them on the home page. - Write queries in Microsoft SQL Server to create and upload data into tables. - Use Scheduler in Varicent to schedule jobs. - Design and develop ETL mappings for the source systems data extractions, data transformations, data staging, movement, and aggregation. - Develop standard and re-usable mappings and mapplets using various transformations such as expression, aggregator, joiner, source qualifier, router, lookup, and filter. - Schedule and run extraction and load processes - Performance tuning of ETL mappings and sessions.
