Required:- *i) 6+ years of Testing Experience ii) Experience with data migration testing in at least one project (i.e. conversion testing from Legacy systems to SAP or new Platforms) iii) 2+ Years of ALM experience iv) Highly organized v) Strong MS Excel experience vi) Experience with defect management vii) Experience with Cransoft Tool will be an added advantage. *Nice to Have:* 1) Review, validate and send the data migration testing deliverables to Testing Manager 2) Check data migration testing defects for rejection or duplicates 3) Implement steps to reduce the duplicate and rejected defects 4) Ensure defects have details on fix ETA, business impact and impact on test blockage 5) Sit in and review lessons learned and findings from data migration testing cycles 6) Identify process improvement opportunities 7) Ensure that all data migration related testing documents are regularly updated and made available to appropriate teams 8) Identify Excel automation improvements and work with testing analytics team to design and develop solutions to accelerate and improve data migration testing quality. * Desired*:- 6-7+ Years of IT experience.
