Here is job description please let me know if you have any resume @ *vijay.bhas...@acsicorp.com <vijay.bhas...@acsicorp.com>* *SAP SmartOps Consultant* *Location- SAN JOSE, CA* *Duration: 6+ Months* *SAP Functional Consultant – SmartOps* - The resource must have SAP SmartOps Knowledge (especially in Inventory Management and Supply Chain). - Should have at least 4 - 6 years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 3 - 4 years of domain experience. - Should have a minimum of 2 full cycle implementation of SAP SmartOps - Should be able to conduct requirement gathering workshops, map these into SAP processes and identify gaps. Ability to frame the right set of questions for a single process track. - Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly. - Able to work with customer business teams and Wipro project teams effectively. - Ability to analyze the issues in SAP SmartOps area raised by the client and to propose technical/functional solution for those. - Preparing FS, doing the configuration as part of new requirement in SAP SmartOps system - Able to work with & guide a team, prepare design documents, gather business requirements and provide estimation - Provide Functional Support for Tickets / Issues Level 1 through Level 3 - Handle critical ticket and escalations - To co-ordinate the day to day activities at onsite for engagement area (SAP SmartOps) and interacting with SME and business users whenever required. - To guide the offshore consultants to deliver the objects. Monitor and review all deliverable which are done from offshore. - Testing all business scenarios and giving inputs to the technical consultants to fix the bugs.
