*Project Lead* *Location – Detroit, MI* *Contract – 7 months or longer * *Rate : $50/hr C2C* *GC and US* Scope of Work: With general guidance and coaching, responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing application and system implementation projects using a formal project management methodology. Typically manages one or more projects of moderate size and risk or multiple small projects concurrently. Develops detailed plans and schedules, including goals, risks, and resource allocation. Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule. Adheres to Pharmacy Program and Our Client’s project management policies, procedures, and methodologies. Develops and/or reviews estimates and estimating assumptions. Schedule and attend project meetings, host conference calls, document meeting minutes and action items. Develop project critical path(s). Assist project business lead(s) with monitoring the delivery of business outcomes for multiple projects. Conducts lessons learned. Post all project related document to Pharmacy Program SharePoint. Knowledgeable of the Project Management Institute's standards and terminology. Oversees Our Client’s relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met. Significant creativity is required. A high proficiency level in specific job-related skills associated to project management is required. *Qualifications:* • Minimum 5 years related experience preferred.
