Avaya PBX, Avaya Communication Manager Configuration, ACD, CMS, CTI,
Contact Center Technology, Reporting Application, Linux Server Installation
and Configuration





*Job Description:*

Between 4 to 6 Years or support and operation experience of contact center
environment preferrably on Avaya domain. L1 Issue trouble shooting, Issue
isolation, resolution. Knlowledge of support tools and work culture.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
