*Job Title*: *Analyst/Developer (Microsoft .Net - VB)* *Location- * ** *East Chicago Indiana* *Duration: Long Term* *Work Status: Any* *Rate- * *best* *Job Description:* As an Analyst/Developer you will be involved in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of existing Microsoft.Net (VB) based systems including but not limited to: Quality, Sales Order Entry, Part Maintenance, Outside Processing Agreements, Auto Order Entry, Order Completion, Customer Master, and interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications. The analyst will initially participate in two projects: (1) Window 2003 Migration to Windows 2012 for both web and batch applications and (2) Replacing PC SAS with VB.net programs &/or SSRS Reports. Other opportunities will also likely be available. *Requirements* - Proven skills in organization, prioritization, time-management, and decision-making - Good oral & written communication skills - Good knowledge and experience in the SDLC (System Design Life Cycle) - Ability to analyze requirements and develop design specifications (working with business and IT contacts) - Extensive experience with technical software development (understands online and batch concepts.
