*Job Description:*
· As a senior member of the Workforce Management practice, the
ClickSoftware Architect is a key player in an exciting, customer
interfacing role that couples technical and customer relationship skills to
successfully implement ClickSoftware's product offerings.
· The ClickSoftware Architect role involves understanding the
unique characteristics of the Field Service problems faced by customers,
suggesting solutions to achieve business results using ClickSoftware
product offerings such as *( ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, ClickPlan,
ClickForecast, and ClickAnalyze) .*
· Other responsibilities include solution conceptualization,
design, implementation, maintenance, developing POCs and interaction with
other organizations (Product Marketing, QA, Implementation partners) during
the project life cycle.
*Primary Responsibilities*:
Work with customers to translate the customer business requirements into a
working solution using ClickSoftware's suite of products, (in-specific
Clicksoftware )
