Acting independently with minimal direction, supports the management team in providing leadership and technical consulting and expertise in the development, modification, and implementation of highly complex information systems that conform to Clients' standards and methodology. Translates customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which programs are written.
