*Interview mode: PhoneJob Description: * Work with the business unit and IT personnel in the development and support of the company's business processes and strategies regarding *CRM and SRM applications*. This individual will be accountable for providing leadership and independent initiatives in facilitating information gathering, structured documentation and presentation of findings to all levels of management. The Lead Business Analyst will conduct analyses of functional business process and functional requirements and be instrumental in the development of business cases in support of process changes and/or IT projects. The Lead Business Analyst will collaborate and communicate with all levels of management within the context of their responsibilities. The Lead Business Analyst will be the highest level functional IT resource for defining user requirements, testing, and implementing business solutions. This is a position with supervisor responsibility. The position is responsible for the delivery of IT work products that involve a team of contributors. This position supervises others on specific tasks or work streams.
