*Work Location: Redmond, WA* *Duration: Long Term* *Total Experience Required 10+* *Mandatory Technical Skills * • Solid working knowledge on SCOM 2012 and earlier versions • A solid working knowledge of Failover Clustering, Hyper-V/VMM, Web Technologies (IIS Administration), SQL Server Administration/T-SQL, and Networking (dual-homed configs., trunking, VLAN tagging) • Demonstrated experience in deployment of Infrastructure, Hardware, OS, Network, and supporting Applications • Demonstrated experience with security technologies and automated patching • Demonstrated experience using Visual Studio 2012 to view/edit Operations Manager Management Packs • 3+ years’ experience with PowerShell v2/v3, Orchestrator and .NET scripting languages such as C#, VBScript, XML including demonstrated ability to use them for administration and automation within a System Center Operations Manager environment. • 3+ years’ experience in scripting languages (PowerShell, C#, VBScript, JavaScript, WMI and PERL) with a solid working knowledge to rapidly adapt defined specifications into scripts/programs to eliminate need for repetitive manual work • 3 + years’ experience managing supportability and troubleshooting the availability of applications, properties, systems, networks, and servers for high availability enterprise systems • 3+ years of experience working with T-SQL, Stored Procedures with advanced ability to analyze for performance and efficiency • 7+ years’ experience, troubleshooting and resolving issues around TCP internals and other L4-7 protocols and technologies such as: SSL, HTTP, DNS, NTP, Local Load Balancing, Global Load Balancing, Netmon/Wireshark, etc. • 7+ years’ experience with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, using the native Windows Command Shell, IIS, and SQL *Desirable Technical Skills * 1. Basic Understanding on networking concepts. 2. Good knowledge on Command line scripting/PowerShell. 3. Basic Understanding on concepts of MOF [Microsoft Operations Framework] 4.Preferred to have demonstrated development skills in one or more of the following .NET, COM+ ,C#, XML 5. Preferred experience in technical writing, technical research, Visio, and technical project management 6.
