All work will be completed at ODT’s job site within the timeframes agreed to by the vendor and ODT in the project's project plan. As taxes are moved into the State Taxation Accounting & Revenue System (STARS) and portions of this data convert into STARS, the STARS data has to be integrated back into Teradata to give one comprehensive picture of taxpayer, account, case, financials and forms. This is referred to as STARS integration. This manages the data so that the programs do not have to try to figure out which system the data is currently in and to keep from double counting. A.
