*Duration: 6 months contract* *Location: San Rafael, CA* *Responsibilities*: · Ensure the stability, availability and performance of supported systems · Minimum 2-4 yrs experience in the following areas - Capacity Management, Service-now, High volume request/incident process · Excellent written and verbal command · Daily requests for services:- Agreed Service Level Agreement turn-around, Capacity Management, Release and Deployment, Patch Management · Experience on unix/linux, windows and vmware platform is desirable · Work closely with application teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues · Maintains proper backup schedules, restore and recover data as requested, and facilitate off-site storage of tape *Prefered Certifications: * · EMC Storage Administrator track-Level - Associate or Specialist · Specialty - Clariion or Symmetrix Solutions.
