Location-Stow, MA Job Description- Roles & Responsibilities Role: Onsite Lead for Quality Assurance Responsibilities: - As a lead QTP consultant, need to understand test requirements from various teams - Be able to create test scripts in HPQC, and automate them using QTP tool - Be able to repair, re-record, and fix the broken test scripts from existing test plans - Be able to manage and execute the Test Scripts during regression testing - Be able to report on the progress on the regression testing - Be able to register the defects and follow-through the resolution of the defects with other teams Technical/Functional Skills 5+ years of experiencing automating SAP application using QTP/UFT Well versed in creating robust frameworks for SAP applications Strong Experience in HPQC & QTP Solid understanding of SAP Should have experience in running automation on virtual machines/environments Automate existing functional manual regression/smoke test cases using QTP Assess and revise (maintain) existing test scripts based upon test results and/or changes in application Should have exposure to working in Agile methodology of software development Very strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analysis skills Self-motivated, dynamic, organized, and responsible, team player Experience Required Strong experience in the automation of the test scripts on HPQC and QTP with reusable, modularize and parametric approach.
