To estimate work and provide guidelines on schedule Provide leadership on technical issues and design considerations in projects. Coach Project managers on project risks and support required to meet committed timelines. Coach designers, developers and testing team on project expectations and tasks Interface with Business to manage expectations and discuss application usage. Work with client SMEs to implement quality processes, reusable tools, document templates and program guidelines. Lead discussions with Quality Services in defining testing strategy. Advise Production Support team on production issues and provide guidance. Coach the team to emulate best software development practices and meet expected Platform goals. Technical Skills Required: Expertise in Chordiant Foundation server, Rules designer, Workflow, Expertise in Chordiant SMART DISPUTES AND FRAUD DETECTION. Experience in Java, J2EE , Experience in leading large enterprise application implementation. Experience in J2EE design patterns, Application performance tuning, Weblogic, Experience in interface and Java webservices. Experience in Case Management applications. Project Management experience.
