Position: *PeopleSoft Developer * Location: Orlando, FL Duration: 12 Months
*Need Green Cards and US Citizens* *Requirements:* • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but comparable accomplishments in PeopleSoft Development will be considered. • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of [5+] years' experience in PeopleSoft tools, development and systems analysis. R • Required Experience: PeopleSoft/tools HCM 8.9 /8.49 - 5 years’ experience in PeopleSoft Development and PeopleSoft functional and technical expertise. *Desired Experience:* • Solid Experience with PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and Query. Familiarity with Portal Technology and Workflow. • Experience with Change Assistant, PeopleSoft Upgrade, PeopleSoft Patching • Strong SQL skills; ability to work with DBAs to perform performance tuning. Experience with Oracle 11g is helpful. • Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, ELM and Portal preferably with; prefer functional understanding of HR, Benefits, Payroll Interface, MSS, ESS, ePerformance. • Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Working knowledge of various app/web server log files and trace/debugging options. • Ability to work well with technical staff, project managers, and users is essential. • Experience with PeopleSoft v9x and PeopleTools 8.52 or later is a plus. • Experience with PeopleSoft integration tools and strategies including Integration Broker and SOA. Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, AIA, and fusion applications is a plus. • Experience with setup/security/integration with Oracle WebLogic application server is strongly preferred • Good understanding of Oracle 11g database • Experience with Taleo Recruiting is desired • Experience with PeopleSoft Security Administration is desired • PeopleSoft security administration for HCM and ELM systems • Provide accurate problem analysis and follow up with documentation. • Perform thorough assessment of existing security roles and permission lists to provide recommendations for improvement. • Document business process and procedures as well as maintaining accurate audit tracking logs of permission changes.
