Must have solid knowledge of AWS Essentials(EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, etc)
Must have strong knowledge of Python and Java
Strong Linux/UNIX knowledge primarily,
- Process Management,
- File System Concepts,
- Basic System Administration (system startup/shutdown,
configuration),
- Shell Scripting (ksh or bash) and
- System Firewalls(iptables)
Have knowledge of Configuration Management (preferably with Ansible)
Understanding of Security Best Practices
Solid Knowledge of the common Open Source Solutions (desired)
- Apache - openssl
- PostgreSQL - Java or openjdk
- MySQL - JavaScript
Basic understanding of Networking (in general)
