*Position: SAP - Sr. CRM Functional Consultant * *Location: Minneapolis, MN* *Duration: 3 months* *MOI:- Telephonic Hire Only* * Required Skills:* 1. Strong expertise in SAP CRM 7 Service, preferably Enhancement Pack 3 1. Strong expertise in SAP CRM Service Management and its integration with cross functional areas 2. Strong expertise in Value based contracts with Billing plans in ERP 3. Strong expertise in Service Plans, Service Templates and its integration with Services processes 4. Strong expertise in Complaints, returns and In house repair process with logistics integration 5. Experience in Business Role and UI configuration 6. Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and be able to lead and design sub-processes within CRM 7. Must be able to write detailed Functional specifications to hand over to the ABAP developers for Technical Specs and coding 8. 10+ years of SAP experience strongly preferred in ECC/CRM 9. 5+ years of SAP experience in CRM strongly preferred, with at least 2 complete life cycle projects preferably one of which as a CRM Functional Lead 10. 5+ years of SAP experience in USA strongly preferred *Nice to have skills:* 1. Knowledge on Service request, Service Order, Service Confirmation, Service Agreements and its integration with Field Service Applications, Logistics and CATS 2. Good understanding of Installed Base, Equipment Master and Warranty Master data 3. Understanding on Intercompany Billing process for parts and services 4. Understanding of Service Ticket Management process 5. Knowledge on Pricing & Pricing Conditions and integration with ECC 6. Worked with CRM Interaction Center 7. Worked with PI integration 8. Worked with Vertex 9. Worked with Middleware to transfer data between ECC & CRM 10. Knowledge of Click Software 11. Understanding of SAP ECC Service component 12. Knowledge & understanding of the technical objects in ECC & CRM (some knowledge of ABAP and user-exits, BADI’s, etc. would be very helpful).
