*SAS DeveloperLocation: NYC* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Interview mode: Phone hire* *Job Description: SAS/DataFlux Developer* The Pre-K for All program seeks to provide every 4*-year-old child living in New York City with high-quality, full-day pre-kindergarten either at a public school or community-based early childhood center (CBECC). * Critical to the success of the program is Outreach to parents of eligible children. The goal of Outreach is to identify NYC households with 4-year-old children who have not yet applied to or enrolled in a NYC Pre-K program. *Using a MS Dynamics CRM-based* tool which tracks the outreach effort, a “call team” will contact those households with *4-year-olds who* have not enrolled in a school The Outreach tool will identify schools with available space in close proximity to the student’s home and the outreach team will encourage enrollment at one of those schools. *In order to conduct outreach, data is collected from numerous sources and consolidated into households with unique household IDs. This is done using SAS and DataFlux. * Although child information is not uploaded to the CRM tool, individual children are identified and assigned a unique child ID. Household, contact and application data is uploaded to the CRM tool using Scribe. Call results are recorded in the CRM tool and the status of child enrollments is imported from Department of Education (DOE) systems. An Enrollment Scorecard report and several other standard reports are produced. There are also ad hoc reporting requests that must be addressed. *New data sources for the new 2015-16 school year are being identified and secured. * In addition, new data fields will be added to the CRM tool. This will require the current data matching workflow to be redesigned and redeveloped. In addition, some identified improvements to the current process will need to be addressed. The standard reports will also be impacted by these changes. *Detailed Expectations & Qualifications of Role* The candidate selected by TDC will be responsible for performing entity resolution and reporting tasks required by NYCTDC for the PKA Outreach effort. The core of the work will be to resolve entities across data sets based on information common to many or all sources and to address any reporting needs. The candidate will review the existing matching workflow process along with the final set of data sources and design/develop an improved matching workflow process. The candidate will also develop the Enrollment Scorecard, develop any additional identified standard reports, and address any ongoing ad hoc data requests. The candidate will provide documentation for all work. *The candidate will be directed by TDC, and work with resources across Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT), DOE, Mayor’s office of Data Analytics (MODA), and the Mayor’s Office. * Thanks Regards *Swami A* Technical Recruiter *Ennovace Inc* Ph: 214-541-9378 F: 972-262-9006 sw...@ennovace.com www.ennovace.com 1801 S O'connor Rd Irving TX 75061 In my absence please contact Steven at ste...@ennovace.com (214-541-9081) Disclaimer: We respect your Online Privacy.
