*Location:: Woonsocket, RI* *Duration:: 6+ months* *Responsibilities :-* Ilab rebuilds, troubleshooting, hardware and installs :- · Someone that knows networking, cabling, installations, and upgrading. · The ability to troubleshoot problem systems, load configuration, update VM’s using existing scripts. · Ability to apply and evaluate new firmware code provided by our vendors, hardware installation and evaluations. · Basic to advanced Microsoft office skills. · The basic ability to document and update existing documents as things change. · The basic understanding of firewall, and how to work with testers to ensure the rules and network requests work. · Basic understanding of IBM/Toshiba products, and how to use AMM’s for troubleshooting, the willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. · The ability to work on their own or with minimal supervision. · The willingness to travel to all remote labs except India for assistance in testing and setups. *Thanks and regards,* *Jyoti Budhwar* United Software Group Inc. 565 Metro Place S.
