Please do respond back to imt...@canopyone.com *Position:* Sr. Data /Data model/Business rules Analyst *Duration:* 6-24 months *Location:* McLean, VA ******Prior experience working at or with Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae is required / strongly preferred, with specific knowledge of the Single Family or Multifamily secondary mortgage markets.* ***** *JOB DESCRIPTION* *Description* · Analyze data models, review business rules spreadsheets, attend project release meetings. · Responsible for working with DBAs to generate DDL, maintain the DDL and maintain modeling in Clearcase. · Review and analyze system documentation to identify how a system might impact the business application's systems. · Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in assigned areas to analyze business processes and develop (and document) requirements for new tables and capabilities on CDW. · Escalate issues as necessary and facilitate resolution. · Serve as a link between the business user and members of the technical support team. *General Description: * · Be a team member of the Mainframe Data Modeling Team, to actively support iterations of the Mainframe enterprise model (aka Mainframe Logical Data Model or MF LDM), and the creation of project specific data models for the Mainframe Operational Data Store (ODS). · In addition, support various projects, who are using the MF LDM to create their project specific models, to various degrees of involvements as defined by Lead. *Typically, the Mainframe Data Modeling Team preview includes: * · Iterative elaboration of the MF LDM at the attribute level · Maintenance of the Master Mapping document which maps the MF LDM entities and Attributes to the MF Business Data Dictionary (BDD) · Analysis of the project specific data requirements to ensure: o Project specific attribute and valid value mappings o Reconciliation between models and mappings o Ensure that the project logical and physical models and DDL’s meets project needs. *Specific responsibilities include: * · Review and Analyze Business Data Requirements, Business Requirements and Sample Data to obtain: o Clear and complete specs for data elements needed (i.e. Data Req.
