*Location:: NYC, NY* *Job type:- Contract to hire* *Job Responsibilities :-* The Infrastructure Project Manager will work directly with highly skilled technical teams to provide business and technical knowledge needed to manage infrastructure projects. The individual will be a dedicated, methodical, energetic and polished professional, congenial and team spirited with exceptional technical, managerial and problem resolution skills. This position will be responsible for the management and delivery of programs and projects from small and short-term to large, global and complex in nature. They may need to interact with various levels in the organization to help resolve critical issues/questions related to infrastructure projects. *Qualifications/Experience required :-* • Experience with Citrix upgrades and management of Infrastructure Redesign, as well as creating successful working with Infrastructure teams and projects. • Main projects will be the upgrade of our Citrix Environment and the Infrastructure Redesign (Virtual) • Work in parallel with current in flight Infrastructure projects (Data Center Migration, Disaster Recovery, Application Reengineering) • Management of new or existing complex (large or small) scale infrastructure projects, which are highly strategic and/or have cross organization impact. • 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure project and/or program management. • Demonstrated track record in the analysis, creation and implementation of processes. • Proven ability to negotiate and implement cross departmental initiatives. • Working knowledge in all aspects of the systems development life cycle and project life cycle. • Excellent communications, conflict management, problem solving and leadership skills along with the ability to flex with the corporate culture. • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies as well as supporting tools such as JIRA and MS Project. • Self-directed, polished professional who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment. • Proven ability to estimate task duration for all project resources • Proven ability to negotiate and implement cross departmental initiatives. • Ability to identify and close issues quickly and effectively • Excellent organizational skills and an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Must be a team player who is open to feedback, works well with others and can bring teams to consensus • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Sharepoint, MS Project, MS Project Server, JIRA • PMP Certification *Thanks and regards,* *Jyoti Budhwar* United Software Group Inc. 565 Metro Place S.
