*Title: **PeopleSoft Project Manager*

*Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)*

*Location : **Minneapolis, Minnesota*


*Job Discription:*


This person will be managing our PeopleSoft HR Tools & Bundles project.
This project will bring the 9.1 PeopleSoft HCM and CRM platforms current
with the implementation of HCM Bundles 11-17 and CRM Bundles 13-18 in
addition to implementing Tools Version 8.54.06. The project team is
approximately 30-40 people. This is a core funded project and not IO funded
so we typically dont disclose funding. This is a high complexity project.

*TOP 3 REQUIREMENTS:*

1) Experience as a PM leading large, complex projects through all project
phases.

2) PeopleSoft HR experience.

3) Experience leading technical and business resources and acting as a
single point of contact (SPOC) PM.

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

   - Responsible for the successful delivery of high complexity PeopleSoft
   HCM project on time and within budget.
   - Project execution encompasses project start-up through
   post-implementation and warranty support.
   - Manage project within the company's project delivery framework and
   utilize company/industry-standard project management methodologies and
   tools.
   - Accountable for project communications, risk assessment and
   contingency planning and escalation of critical issues to project sponsor &
   other key stakeholders.
   - Work effectively with business partners, vendors, technology and
   project management staff to develop the project objectives and key
   deliverables and ensure agreement/adoption.

*REQUIREMENTS:*

   - Experience leading PeopleSoft HR (HCM & CRM) projects in a highly
   matrixed organization.
   - Demonstrated ability to assess and manage project scope and schedule,
   risks, financials and requirements on large HRIS projects.
   - Proven issue resolution, conflict resolution and consensus building
   skills.
   - Proven ability to understand business needs and translate to technical
   teams.
   - Experience managing change management and leadership alignment on
   large programs.
   - Project management experience covering full life-cycle application
   development.
