*Position: SAP FICO Functional analystLocation: Cincinnati, OH (F2F Required)Duration: 3-6 Months+ Visa: USC/GC only. No H1B* JD: Position Objective SAP Functional Analyst Collaborate with business partners within one or more business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of a business area, in the context of the business client’s function, to identify and communicate how IT solutions can assist. Support one or more highly complex business processes. Responsible for leading the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of a client’s business requirements. Job Requirements Requirements / Configuration / Customization Participate in gathering requirements. Lead, Design and provide guidance on recommendations Analysis - Business Processes Collaborates with the business on current processes and proposes solutions to enhance current processes. Advise on system options, risk, cost versus benefits and impacts on business process. Ensures all systems are in line with IT long term strategy. Provides guidance to other Functional Analyst. Configuration / Customization Identifies, recommends and implements complex Configuration solutions and implements Full life cycle configuration to meet business needs. Create and update associated documentation Testing Sets testing strategy for the modules. Leads End to End integration testing Delivery Areas Participate in delivery of Project and Minor/ Major release Trouble Shooting / incident Troubleshoot and lead the evaluation and design of the correction for complex incidents. Ensures solutions are in alignment with long term vision. Process Skills Identify and Implement cross functional improvement opportunities that are in alignment with long term vision. Provides guidance to functional analyst on identifying and implementing improvements Functional Competency Maintains a high-level of Functional competency regarding standard configuration of their functional area. Stay a breast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices. Leadership Provide functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members in multiple SAP functional areas. Provide technical guidance or business process expertise. All Other All other duties – Perform all other duties as assigned including carrying out responsibilities, performing duties, using skills and working in conditions necessary to perform all assigned tasks.
