Hi, Hope you are doing Great *Role: PeopleSoft Financial Consultant* *Location:- Charlotte NC* *Position Type:- Contract* *Peoplesoft Functional resource with Recruitment Module Experience* *Rate: $75/hr on Corp to Corp* *Detailed JD:* *Primary responsibilities include the following:* • Serve as a Technical Analyst working to deliver an Enterprise Talent Acquisition application. • Act as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. • Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. • Work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. • Prepare specifications for system changes. • Recommend and initiate systems testing. Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. • Partner with business and technology team members to develop and maintain a release planning and management process. • Act as a project manager for the activities within the Talent Acquisition Technology team, tracking and driving the work of analysts and engineers *Minimum Qualifications:* • 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design • 7+ year of experience documenting business requirements, functional and technical designs • Experience as a senior analyst within a large HR Systems Recruiting organization. • Experience delivering enterprise applications to support business processes. • 5+ years of drafting and executing test cases and scripts. • 5+ years of experience managing changes through an Enterprise Change Management process • Requires knowledge of project management methodology (5+ years with Agile or Waterfall), of system development life cycles, and of business functions and systems. • 3+ years of project management experience leading medium to large projects. • Ability to write requirements free of ambiguity and the ability to work with other analysts to review requirements and surface ambiguity. • Strong relationship, analysis, and leadership skills. • Must have expert level of experience and abilities in meeting facilitation and issue resolution. • Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong judgment, and ability to work effectively with the client, IT management and staff, and other groups in Information Technology, including offshore and SaaS vendor resources. *Preferred Skills:* • 5+ years of SQL and query writing to research and troubleshoot application issues • A performance record that suggests superior judgment and maturity working within a collaborative matrix organization. • 7+ years of experience with an Enterprise Project Methodology • Experience using HP Quality Center for managing test cases and defects • Experience in working for a large US financial institution • Prior experience as it relates to solving problems within Human Capital Management, and specifically within the talent acquisition domain • Proven subject matter expertise within PeopleSoft 9.2 Recruiting Solutions *Thanks and Regards* *ANIL KUMAR * *Ph No : 212-389-9503 Ext. 204* *Email i.d : anil.ku...@damcosoft.com <anil.ku...@damcosoft.com>* *Website : www.damcosoft.com <http://www.damcosoft.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "International SAP Projects" group.
