*Position: .Net Developer* *Duration: 6+ months*
*Location: Durham, NC* *Job Description:* Develop high quality software solutions that comply with technical architecture standards and best practices. Produce high quality technical design documents, including determining appropriate deliverables to be produced during application design effort. Assess user and system requirements information for accuracy and completeness. Identify key application design issues (e.g. maintainability and performance) and recommend possible solutions. Facilitate technical design sessions and provide technical guidance to team member’s on-shore and off-shore. Provide leadership in team code reviews and peer mentoring. Assist project managers in monitoring project status, possibly directing the deliverables of other project team members. Provide subject matter expertise to business and project management. Analyze and recommend improvements to the development process. Review and/or participate in the development of test plans, test cases, and test data. Participate in product release activities and contribute to troubleshooting production issues as needed. BE, Btech in Computer Science, MCA or equivalent field of study 4 – 7 years of professional software development experience working with Microsoft Technologies.
