*Job Title* ClearCase Administrator *Project Location* Melbourne FL *Duration* 6 months /Contract * Skills Required and Job Description:* Description: - Install and configure Linux CC MS version release and patches on vob servers. - Install and configure Linux/Windows RLS on license servers, and get CC MS licenses from Rational Licensing Center, and install on license servers. - Install and configure Linux CCRC ‘CM server’ or ‘WAN server’ on view servers. - Install Windows CCRC version release and patches on user laptops. - Define and implement CC MS use models (mostly for Denver, since Melbourne has already). - Define CC metadata including branches, labels, attributes, elements, hyperlinks and triggers to implement policies and procedures (mostly for Denver, since Melbourne has already). - Set up CC MS shipping server routing on vob servers. - Set up CC MS export/import synchronization scripts between 2 machines/sites. - Set up CC vob backup scripts (lock/tar/unlock vob). - Monitor CC MS system log files, export/import logs, incoming/outgoing packet storage bays, vob/view registries, CC/MS performance. - Create CC vob, create CC vob replica, create branches, labels, attributes, elements, hyperlinks and triggers. - Resolve vob issues, vob database issues, VOB permission issues, VOB elements issues. - Resolve CC MS mastership issues, CC MS synchronization issues, lost CC MS synchronization packet issues. - Resolve CC (native client and remote client) user issues, view issues, check out/in issues, config spec issues, branches/merging issues. - Needs CC MS CCRC proficiency. - Needs good understand of Linux, good understanding of NFS, good understanding of Windows. - Needs good Linux shell scripting skills (and Perl scripting not required but useful). - Needs good knowledge of change management procedures. - Needs ability to analyze and debug technical problems in a timely manner. - Needs ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems on CC MS Linux servers.
