*Sr. BUSINESS ANALYST*

Sr. Business Analyst, preferably with Web/Digital Marketing experience.
Candidate will drive the business requirements documentation and analysis
from strategy through system selection and implementation. This position
will be responsible for understanding and documenting the business
requirements as relates to a new application, system, or tool, or an
enhancement to an existing application, system, or tool.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*

As a Senior Business Analyst, depth of knowledge in one or more strategic
areas of business is critical. In addition, the ability to continue
updating depth of knowledge in response to changes to the business is
important. Duties include

·         Excellent understanding of Digit Marketing business domain i.e.
terminologies and challenges.

·         Requires high interaction with a diverse set of internal and/or
external customers for the purposes of developing requirements that
capture, reengineer, or enhance business processes.

·         Lead discussions and document business, functional,
non-functional and reporting requirements

·         Works with the business as a liaison with IT to translate user
requirements into detailed system requirement specifications, lead
technical aspects of projects, and identify gaps in processes.

·         Ensures compliance to software development policies and
procedures.

·         Coordinates with technical partners to ensure system compliance.

·         Work with business partners to write test scripts and assist with
the creation of user manuals

·         Lead system and UAT testing. Document issues and engage
Application Development and Application Support as necessary

·         Review with Application Development and other IS team members
potential vendors and existing technology with an emphasis on business
requirements as relates to the proposed project

·         Using a train the trainer approach, train the business prior to
go-live of the system or enhancement

·         Creates project plans including timelines and milestones and
track progress; inspire teamwork and responsibility across project teams;
hold teams accountable to schedules, budgets, and scope.

·         Other duties may be assigned.
