Responsibilities:
§ Create data analysis, reports, and management views with conclusion
using MS Office
§ Provide informal training and awareness sessions to division on use of
artifacts
§ Support PMO governance and reporting and process activities.
§ Identify and work on continuous improvement activities, to improve the
organizations' project execution capability resulting in improvement of
quality, cost and delivery'
§ Evaluate continuous improvement of PPM tool and processes related to
project budget, SOX, status, project gates, and more
§ Communicate with project teams on status and progress
§ Maintain project/portfolio data
§ Advise and support project teams on tools, artifacts and best practices
Experience:
§ Minimum of 5 years of recent Project Management & Business Analyst
experience (required)
§ Minimum of 8 years of IT project experience with SDLC project
methodology (required)
§ Advanced expertise in MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and
Visio (required) Experience with Clarity and Open Workbench (preferred)
§ Experience with operational improvement (preferred)
§ Experience with supporting project managers and project teams
(preferred)
§ Experience in Automotive industry (preferred)
§ BSA, PMP, IT Service Management, and other training and certificates
(preferred)
