Please speak to candidate before sending and read below thank you senior Windows Engineer/Team lead role Job Responsibilities: Experience in leading a team of Windows engineers in administering complex and large scale Windows 2008/2012 Servers. Ability to design, install, implement and troubleshoot. Experience with VMware virtualization. Deep understanding of AD/DNS/DHCP. Knowledge of administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory and installer. Good understanding of management tool such as SCCM/SCOM and Bladelogic. Experience in Windows Clustering, Netbackup, IIS Web and Database applications. Ability to configure and troubleshoot complex applications with third party systems as well as in-house developed applications. Provide technical assistance to development for hardware/software selection, support personnel for system repair and operations personnel for problem management. Evaluate new technology and tools to identify cost efficient solutions to the management and operation of computer systems. Work closely with program management team to define project requirements, assist with project coordination, evaluate hardware requirements and recommend computing solution. Support all aspects of project life cycle through ITIL based Configuration, Change, Service, Incident and Problem management. Able to work on-call rotational shift and on weekends. Required Skills: ? 5 years experience as a Senior Window Systems Architect/Programmer/Administrator/Engineer ? 2 years experience as a hands on team lead/manager role ? 4 years experience with AD/DNS/DHCP ? 4 years experience with TCP/IP networking ? 4 years System Administration experience in a 24x7-production environment dealing with 500+ servers ? 2 years experience designing, installing, configuring VMware ESX , ESXi, and vSphere 4/5 environments. ? Experience troubleshooting Terminal Servers. ? Experience with Powershell. ? Available to work rotational shift and on Weekends ? Strong understanding of system security. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills: ? Microsoft Certified Professional ? VMware Certified Professional ? Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange ?
