*Position:: Sr. Test Analyst * *Location:: Dayton, OH* *Location:: 1+ year* *Note:- GC/ GC- EAD/ Citizen only.* *Major Job Duties and Responsibilities :-* · Work in small, agile teams to design, prototype and build new product offerings and enhance existing products and tools · Collaborate with product owner to identify and prioritize product requirements · Collaborate with external teams on dependencies · Leverage personal expertise/experience to provide recommendations and constructive feedback in order to ensure a quality product · Design test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures · Test system modifications to prepare for implementation · Develop testing programs that addresses areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability · Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, user interface or content · Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes · Create robust automated functional test suites · Quickly adapt to changes, and work with team to assist in creation and implementation of those changes *Requirements :-* · Familiarity with agile/iterative development methodologies (XP, SCRUM, etc.) · Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must · Strong ability to work independently and to manage one’s time · Ability to work with distributed teams in a dynamic, iterative development process · Able to give rough work estimates and strive to complete tasks by the deadline · Exceptional problem solving skills and innovative thinking · Ability to quickly learn new skills/technologies and adapt to ever changing environment · Produce high work products and a desire for continuous personal improvement · 4+ years of Automation Skills required, Selenium, Java, SOAPUI experience *Thanks and regards,* *Jyoti Budhwar* United Software Group Inc. 565 Metro Place S.
