*PeopleSoft HCM Implementation Technical Lead, Jacksonville FL. 8 months +
Contract Phone and Onsite Interview **Job Description*

·         As a HCM Technical Lead, you must have a strong background in
PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM, including People Tools 8.51 or higher, Peoplecode,
Application Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, and Application Engine.

·         The position requires experience with conducting fit/gaps,
confirming requirements, data converting, and configuring set up tables,
performing unit tests, and preparing documentation.

·         Preferred experience with Banking and Financial Services Clients.

·         Note: Working overtime maybe expected in order to meet tight
deadlines

*Qualifications*

·         PeopleSoft HCM implementation experience from at least two
implementations.

·         Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

·         Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and integration with HCM.

·         Experience in set up of US Benefits administration and ADP
Payroll Interface.

·         Experience in PeopleSoft Security, Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
& Self-service (MSS, ESS).

·         Experience in setting up organizational structures.

·         Experience with PS org charts.

·         Must be able to work with customers, project managers, business
SME’s, IT SMEs and vendors.

·         Must collaborate with subject matter experts, various
stakeholders and fellow developers to design, develop, implement and
support complex business solutions.

·         Must be able to work independently in a team environment with
local and remote teams.

·         Must possess problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary.

·         7 years’ experience with PeopleSoft HCM (Last 2 years in 9.2),
and People Tools (Last 5 years 8.51 or higher), Peoplecode, Application
Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, Application Engine and Oracle 11 or higher.

·         Proven proficiency and working knowledge with Security protocols,
tools, reports, processes and practices.

·         Experience in PeopleSoft Security, Approval Workflow Engine(AWE)
& Self-service (MSS, ESS).

·         Technical expertise with PeopleSoft, Oracle and AIX or Linux to
ensure support for Banking and Financial Services customers.

·         Experience as Technical architect for PeopleSoft Financials, HR
and Payroll systems.

·         Knowledge of software development best practices, standards and
procedures.

·         Extensive knowledge of/experience with data integration, data
quality, and SDLC processes and methodology.

·         Experience with Private Sector, Publicly Traded, Banking and
Financial Services companies preferred.

·         Experience utilizing offshore resources to deliver exceptional
service preferred.
