We are in search of an experienced Contract Web Developer that would be responsible for supporting our existing infrastructure as well as developing new web based technologies. The developer would be responsible for interaction with key users to translate requirements into a technical design, create program software code to implement agreed-to technical design, test code for technical accuracy as well as achievement of user requirements, and support transfer to production environment. Our expectation is that the Contract Web Developer will have design skills sufficient to adapt incremental changes to our existing Web architecture and content. Our expectation is that the Contract Web Developer will have exceptional programming, testing and operational support skills. Additionally, our expectation is that the Contract Web Developer will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to participate and contribute to a dynamic team. Essential Results: ¿ Enhance mobile optimization through responsive coding for all browsers and mediums. ¿ Help design and code the rebranded 2-1-1 San Diego website. ¿ Develop framework, design, and create landing pages.
