Hi Professionals, Please share the resume for this position. *QA Test Lead – ALM,QTP,Load Runner* Banking Experience ,Good analytical skill, excellent Communication skills, *HP ALM, HP QTP, HP Load Runner*. You will provide systems and/or acceptance testing services as you work with clients, end users and systems groups to identify, evaluate and execute test requirements including software enhancements and production support. You will test new applications and make modifications to existing applications, and document quality results. Depending on the SDLC phase of testing the incumbent will perform either smoke (Sanity) testing, functionality testing, performance testing, integration testing, ad hoc testing, regression testing and end-to-end system testing. You will participate in medium to large size projects of limited complexity, which may extend across multiple applications. You will also provide clear and concise defect reporting with appropriate evidence of systems issues, including traceability. You may lead small projects at times. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: • Experience with test scripts, defect management, defect problem solving, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance Testing and Planning • Proficient analytical, documentation and attention to detail skills • Effective communications skills • Ability to utilize various desktop analysis and reporting tools • Coordinate with offshore team members and plan the work assignments for them.
