The Sr. Developer is directly responsible for creating and reviewing deliverables associated to technical design, construction and unit test in the delivery of projects. The resource should have an understanding of various methodologies related to the listed technologies and associated processes and apply critical thinking to achieve the desired outcomes. In addition to effective collaborating with teams, the Sr. Developer needs to be highly motivated and focused on completing tasks efficiently with high quality. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with code reviews, deliverable estimates, coordination and other duties associated to the development role. Your Impact: - Providing motivation for your team members - Providing mentorship and guidance for team members - Technical guidance and direction on design and best practices for the product as a whole - Working well under pressure with a strong focus on delivery with quality - Can effectively manage multiple tasks and deliver while sharing a positive attitude - Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (requirements analysis, high level design, detailed design, coding, unit test, integration, system level test) Description: Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in all stages of life cycle including requirements gathering, design, implementation, and testing. - Experience in a development lead role mentoring and coaching other developers to meet goals. - Experience with Oracle is a plus. - Experience with ASP.Net MVC is a plus. - Experience with AJAX a plus. - Experience with jQuery a plus. - Experience using a mock library such as MOQ or Rhino Mock is a plus. - Experience following a Continuous Integration process (CruiseControl.Net) is a plus. Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience developing web based applications using .Net/technologies, C# preferred. - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 is required. - Experience with HTML/ASP/ASP.Net development is required. - Experience using JavaScript is required. - Experience with Windows Server 2008 and IIS is required. - Experience with SOAP/WCF Web Services is required. - Experience with XML and XSL is required. - Experience using unit testing tools such as Microsoft Unit Testing or NUnit is required. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment across team leads, project management, business analysts and the enterprise teams. - Strong independent person with ability to work with little direction, provide direction to others when needed, and not be afraid to ask questions.
