This is a business role responsible for translating business rules and processes into meaningful reporting to perform customer reporting and analytics for internal and external users. Works with cross functional teams to define requirements and translate into detailed specifications as well as perform data analysis for design, creation and building of web reports. You will be a primary contributor in developing, testing and deploying fleet reporting, key performance indicators and exception management. Key objective will be to drive the migration of existing reporting to a new SAP BI 4.1 platform. *Essential Responsibilities * · SAP Business Objects BI 4.1 Web Intelligence Report Design including Document Design, Presentation of Data in Documents, Web Intelligence Document Formatting, Data Calculation, Drilling Functionality and Web Intelligence Documentation Management · Must have experience in Web Intelligence Report Design from Multiple Data Sources, Advanced Query Techniques, Calculation Contexts, Formulas with Character and Date String Functions, If Logic, Hyperlinks in Web Intelligence Documents and Additional Reporting Techniques such as implementing Data Tracking · Knowledge of designing business objects applications · Conduct ad-hoc analyses and perform structured profiling activities to gain a detailed understanding of customer data · Analyze for data quality and ensure data integrity in the data among various groups and between various sources · Partner with the business and product owners to develop requirements, user stories and test cases to facilitate the acquisition and integration of the data into the enterprise warehouse · Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) · Serves as technical liaison between business and IT in the areas of reporting and data needs.
