Distill complex interactions into clear, understandable design solutions and clearly rationalize your strategic thinking to the team. Create end-to-end design experiences, interaction models and design systems that define experience across platforms (web and mobile).. Communicate your ideas through sketches and mock-ups and storyboards, producing iterative designs for every surface. Create dev-ready assets for your designs with clear implementation instructions (i.e. redlines and style guides). Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design solutions for commerce driven projects. Work seamlessly with the team to develop and maintain the aesthetics, standards and brand integrity. *Skills/Experience Requirements* Contribute to discussions with cross-functional teams to incorporate design feedback appropriately. Fluency in best practices for mobile and web-based design, as well as strong knowledge of information architecture. Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in small groups to defend your designs. Stay current with the latest design and technology trends across web, desktop, and mobile platforms, and adopt modern techniques as appropriate. 3+ years of experience as an interactive designer, user interface designer, or a similar role. Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Fireworks. Experience with After Effects and prototyping tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Be a self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player.
