Description The Website Content Contractor is a results-oriented
professional who supports the digital marketing efforts within ecommerce
for creating, posting and maintaining content .

This position is hands-on in shaping the online member experience,
advancing digital content requests and contributing to overall ecommerce
initiatives.

Responsibilities Enrich user experience through tailoring of content across
websites, including articles, microsites, rich media, and more. Build,
configure and prepare articles, components, pages for publishing according
to content schedule with guidance and coordination from Web Content
Specialist.

 Assist in creation of new website content areas, including pages and
microsites, while ensuring a consistent easy-to-use online experience.
Utilize HTML/CSS knowledge and experience to align with RCI brand
guidelines while ensuring proper web standards such as cross browser
compatibility.

Confirm published content is best practice compliant, including SEO, naming
conventions, brand guidelines, tagging, and testing for quality assurance.
Proactively instill reiterative testing and proof work to meet and exceed
high quality standards for optimal display of content.

Address site issues and errors promptly, with comprehensive follow-up.
Assist in ad hoc needs with direction from Ecommerce Manager and Web
Content Specialist. Requirements: Qualifications 2 to 4 years of Content
Management application experience (Autonomy Interwoven TeamSite a plus).
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or other business related
field. Web development including advanced knowledge and experience with
HTML / CSS coding (JS a plus). 1-2 years experience managing content for a
high traffic website. Detail oriented and methodically organized. Solid
analytical and problem solving skills. Organized planner and can execute
with minimal oversight. SEO expertise or certifications a plus. Strong
communicator, both verbally and in writing. Sound business judgment and
decision making skills. Ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines.
Technical experience with website content management systems, writing and
debugging HTML code, FTP and Adobe Photoshop. Expertise with MS Office,
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. 2+ years of ecommerce or online
marketing experience, preferably in a high volume online operation or with
a large consumer brand.

*Job Description:*

Sr. PeopleSoft Engineer/Sr. Software Engineer are a Bachelor's Degree in
Computer Science or Engineering (or an equivalent combination of education
and/or experience) with application development experience, specifically
with Windows NT/2000/XP (server and desktop), Oracle, Weblogic, WAN/LAN,
Storage Area Network (SAN), Integrated Development Environment, IIS, JAVA,
Informatica, scripting and all relevant utilities. · Broad and in-depth
experience and knowledge of information technologies, such as systems
programming, systems utilities, middleware, storage devices, web-based
technologies, database administration, data center operations, business
continuity, servers, desktop, hardware and software is required as well as
in-depth experience with PeopleSoft Application both technical and
functional, primarily Sales Incentive Management and Financials. · The
Incumbent must have experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, both application
and tools, strong development experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR,
Crystal, App Engines and Component interface. · She/he must know PeopleSoft
Architecture, Process Scheduler, Application Server, WebServer, technical
processes and administration. · The position requires ability to facilitate
the completion of work by individuals inside and outside the Application
Software Engineering organization. Demonstration of good technical and
tactical thinking and problem solving, ability to work and effectively
communicate with IT management personnel, peers and outside vendors and
possession of outstanding verbal and written communication skills. ·

Seven (7) years of experience developing and supporting PeopleSoft Sales
Incentive Management and PeopleSoft Financial Applications. ·

Seven (7) years of experience with PeopleSoft technical development (SQR,
PeopleTools, PeopleCode, PS Batch scheduling, Component Interface,
Application Engine) ·

Seven (7) years of experience with Report Development (Query, Crystal, XML
Publisher and SQR Development) ·

Seven (7) years of experience with Oracle and/or other leading RDMBS ·

Four (4) years’ experience with PeopleSoft system administration ·

Must have developed at least one (1) scalable, highly available, mission
critical application ·

Must be proficient with object-oriented analysis, design, and programming
methods ·

Four (4) years’ experience with and strong understanding of
application/enterprise architecture concepts, standards, patterns, and best
practices ·

Experience with PUM, PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager ·

Strong Business Analysis background ·

Solid development and functional skills in order to participate in design
and development of bolt-on pages and components is preferred ·

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
