Description: Leads the support and implementation of highly complex Internet and intranet applications on one or more diverse platforms. Uses advanced knowledge of both Windows and Linux platform technologies, including 64 bit versions of Windows 2008 and Windows 2012, as well as Red Hat Linux. Technology deployments on both operating system platforms of Java and Java based applications, and Apache Tomcat implementations. Additional required experience includes infrastructure systems support of Microsoft technologies that includes SQL server 2008 & 2012, .NET based application technologies, and Microsoft's implementation of Active Directory and Group Policy Object support and management. Researches and analyzes business requirements as they pertain to underlying infrastructure systems. Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards. May provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff. *Required Skill sets:* -OS and Application support on the Windows OS platforms joined to a Microsoft Active Directory domain, functional level 2008 R2: -Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 -Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 -OS competency and Application support on the Red Hat Linux platform. -Competency and familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy Objects preferred.
