We need strong Oracle, SQL experience member who can monitor and tune the
SQL queries to increase performance
- Proven expertise in optimization of Oracle SQL Queries
- Understanding of Oracle execution plans
- Understanding of Oracle Memory usage
- Understanding of Oracle index/table relationship
- Understanding of Oracle KPI's i.e. buffer gets
- Thorough knowledge of Oracle Cost Based Optimizer and clear
understanding of Oracle architecture
- 5+ years as a DB Performance Analyst and/or SQL Tuner
- Knowledge of SAP is a big plus
- Proven expertise in tuning Oracle 11g for high transaction,
multi-TB sized Databases
- A Team player to work with cross-functional teams with varying
skill-sets and in different time-zones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
